Hugo Bieber is an experienced ecosystem builder who loves creating new relationships connecting people, businesses, and investors.
Since relocating to Melbourne from the UK, he has successfully transferred his skills, relationships, and expertise to work with Australian start-ups on growth and partnership strategy, leveraging his extensive experience and networks in the UK and Israel.
He is currently Head of Australia-Pacific Start-up Programs at Silicon Valley venture capital company SVG Ventures, running their THRIVE accelerator program supporting founders of scale-up companies in AgriFood Tech on their international growth journey.
He was previously a Partner & Growth Consultant at Think & Grow, launching the global expansion business bringing international technology companies from Canada, Israel, UK, and the USA to Australia and helping Australian tech companies scale internationally to the UK.
Before relocating from London to Melbourne in 2020, Hugo was the CEO of the UK-Israel Business Chamber of Commerce, driving innovation, building partnerships with global businesses, and facilitating investment, partnerships, and jobs linking Israel and the UK.
Hugo came to Project Rozana via the Observership Program in 2022 and proved to be an outstanding contributor to thinking around networking, development, and corporate governance.
