Ian Shinkfield recently joined the Project Rozana Board. He is an experienced business leader and CFO with a proven track record in delivering key financial and commercial outcomes in challenging environments.
Ian has had a successful career spanning over 35 years’ experience in Finance, specifically in the oil and gas industry. Has worked across the value chain, including roles in Exploration and Production, LNG, Distributors & Terminals, Retail, B2B, Bitumen and Corporate Services.
Ian is a decisive but empathetic leader who builds high performing teams by inspiring trust, confidence and coaching. He has a passion for leading diverse teams to build ongoing business improvements and delivering simplification. His is Fellow of CPA Australia and has served on a number of business and community boards. Ian is known for:
