He began at the Jerusalem International YMCA as a waiter in 2006, moved to the accounting department, and became purchasing manager and then specialized in producing large business events and international conferences. Raed also held the role of Restaurant Manager for two years and Co-managing director of the summer camps of the JIY for three years consecutively.
He served on the Audit committee and board member of the Jerusalem Hotel Association and lectured at the Professional Promotion Hospitality Section (PPHS) at the Notre Dame Centre in Hospitality management.
Raed has a B.A in Social Science, majoring in management from the Open University of Israel and has a Diploma in Accounting.
