With a strong background in NGO management, peacebuilding, human rights, and communications, Ronit brings a wealth of expertise to her work.
Ronit joined the Board of Rozana in 2017 as Chair of Rozana Israel, and at the end of 2020 was appointed as its Executive Director.
Before her tenure at Rozana, Ronit demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by founding and managing two startups in the communications field - Mailfixer.com and Rephraser.ai. Recognizing the power of effective messaging in advancing causes, Ronit also established "Beyond Israel," an esteemed international communications office where she collaborated with diverse non-profit organizations dedicated to peacebuilding, human rights, and women's empowerment. Ronit's passion for peacebuilding led her to serve as a department director at the Peres Center for Peace for five years.
Ronit's remarkable insight culminated in an award-winning thesis, exploring the legal landscape as it pertains to women in Israel and Palestine.
